Full Circle Lithium Corp. (FCLI-X), a producer of extinguishers for lithium-ion battery fires, signed a global distribution agreement with US Fire Pump Company, another commercialization milestone for the Toronto-based firm.

Volkswagen Group will be investing $69 million into Vancouver-based Patriot Battery Metals Inc. (PMET-T) for a 9.9 per cent stake in the company and a lithium offtake deal to supply its Ontario electric vehicle battery factory.
