Paring down its office space with a work-from-home policy and reworked designs helped Toronto-based Altus Group Ltd. achieve a modest decrease to the carbon emissions from its operations and buildings in 2024.

Toronto-based recycling company Cyclic Materials has chosen Mesa, Ariz. to house its first commercial-scale facility, where it will invest over US$20 million to separate valuable rare earth metals from magnets inside electronics.
