First electric boat crosses Mediterranean Sea

A Swedish team has successfully crossed the Mediterranean Sea in an electric boat. The vessel used to perform the feat was the Candela C-8 Polestar Edition, a hydrofoil electric boat that lifts out of the water as it accelerates.
