Just days after filing for creditor protection in the U.S., Exro Technologies has consented to the appointment of a receiver under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) in connection with a court filing expected today by its senior secured lender.
Exro Technologies Inc. (EXRO-T) will be shuttering its U.S. operations, the Calgary-based power electronics company announced Wednesday afternoon, which will impact its subsidiaries and result in cuts to non-essential staff.
