Helen is a passionate advocate for social equity and believes in the transformative power of human connection. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that the solutions to society’s most pressing challenges lie in the resilience and creativity of nonprofit leaders and the generosity of engaged citizens. Before joining Sage, Helen held roles in the U.K. government, including positions in ministerial offices at the Cabinet Office.
