Allied Properties REIT says in its 2022 ESG Report the trust has outperformed its environmental performance targets, executed the first steps of its net-zero plan, and intends to certify most of its portfolio with LEED and/or BOMA by 2028.

Switch to clean electricity to lower Canadians' energy bills: report

A Canadian Climate Institute report says switching to clean electricity will allow Canadians to spend 12 per cent less on energy in 2050 than they do today. It also indicates which provinces will benefit most from government funding.
